For use in all baking, sauces and puddings. Makes great custard and mayonnaise.
Can be substituted for whole egg, or just egg whites (whips until stiff).

1 heaped teaspoon = 1 whole egg

Ingredients : Potato Starch, tapioca starch, Raising agent; calcium carbonate, Acidity regulator; Citric acid. Vegetable Gum (stabiliser), methylcellulose
